Eliot Spitzer: Don't Confuse the Financial Sector with the Economy

Have we done enough to combat companies that are too big to fail? Eliot Spitzer answers resoundly, "no." He says bailing out the financial services industry with taxpayer money did very little in helping the greater economy out of the recession.
