“I feel like I’ve made it to Carnegie Hall.” So said Jennifer Egan from our stage at her first time reading at the 92nd Street Y Unterberg Poetry Center. She read the first chapter of A Visit from the Goon Squad, which won this year’s Pulitzer Prize. Joining her was another Pulitzer winner, Jeffrey Eugenides, who read from The Marriage Plot. This video features excerpts from both of their readings, as well as a few moments from the Q-and-A that followed.
