Latinos and Asian voters are the fastest growing groups of eligible voters in the United States, but their registration rates have not matched that growth. With another presidential election coming up, voters of color will be even more critical to key local, state, and national races. Why has registration not matched US population growth and what is needed to register and engage with these eligible voters of color?
