This week, Zoë Schlanger discusses her feature on a town in Pennsylvania where a debate is heating up over whether energy company Hilcorp can frack on private land despite the refusal of some local landowners to sign over drilling rights.

In November 2013, former Secretary of State George P. Shultz of Stanford's Hoover Institution told us that we're on the cusp of a revolution with fracking.
